El Pabellón tendrá lugar en el Pabellón de Eventos D. Hay una entrada nivelada al Pabellón desde la planta principal. En el interior del pabellón hay asientos disponibles y están espaciados para mantener la distancia física para la seguridad de COVID-19. Hay un pequeño podio para los oradores. El podio tiene un pequeño escalón y también es accesible por rampa. Habrá interpretación en español para muchos eventos, utilizando unos auriculares disponibles a la entrada del Pabellón.
Para aquellos que asistan a las sesiones en línea, les animamos a conectarse directamente al webinar Livestream a través de Zoom para hacer uso de las mejores características de accesibilidad. Puede hacerlo dirigiéndose al botón "Ver Livestream" en la parte superior de la navegación de este sitio web. Desde allí, haga clic en el botón para unirse al seminario web. Habrá subtítulos en directo para todas las sesiones transmitidas.

Accessibility
The Pavilion will take place in Events Hall D. There is level entry to the Pavilion from the main floor. Inside the pavilion, seating is available and is spaced to maintain physical distancing for COVID-19 safety. There is a small podium for speakers. The podium has a small step and is also accessible by ramp. There will be Spanish language interpretation for many events, using a headset available on entry into the Pavilion.
For those attending sessions online, we encourage connecting directly to the Livestream webinar via Zoom to make use of the best accessibility features. You can do this by heading to the “Watch Livestream” button at the top of this website’s navigation. From there, click the button to Join Webinar. There will be live captions available for all broadcast sessions.
Further accessibility information will be provided as it is available, including information on the layout of the Pavilion.
