Pavilion Meeting Room

Before Booking, Please Read the Meeting Room Policies:

The Indigenous Peoples Pavilion meeting room is available to be booked by Indigenous people for meetings or working groups sessions of up to one hour. Non-Indigenous allied organisations may book the room on a case-by-case basis when it is not required by Indigenous Peoples Caucus.

Please ensure that you conclude your meetings in a timely fashion with five minutes to spare, so that you can promptly leave the room in a clean and tidy state for the next users of the room on the hour or half hour.

We request that visitors and users of our Pavilion follow strong Covid-19 precautions to keep our members and elders safe - such as wearing highly rated masks; using hand sanitiser before entering the meeting room; and thoroughly wiping the meeting room surfaces when your session is finished.

We reserve the right to reallocate the meeting room if your party have not arrived within 10 minutes of the reservation time, or in the event of urgent Indigenous Peoples Caucus need. If there is a high demand for meeting room reservations, we may also prioritise reservation requests to ensure fairness and equity across regions and organisations. Therefore please include your Signal or WhatsApp number when making your appointment so we can reach you in the event of any changes to your reservation.

If you no longer require your reservation please cancel it as soon as possible to ensure that we can reallocate your appointment time to others wishing to use this space.
